Police have arrested two people involved in the shooting death of Migos rapper Takeoff, Houston officials confirmed Friday.
Patrick Clark, 33, was arrested Thursday and charged with murder, Houston Police Chief Troy Finner said at a news conference. Cameron Joshua, 22, was arrested Nov. 22 on a weapons charge, the chief said. NBC News.
Two Arrested in Takeoff Shooting, More Arrests Possible, Police Say
The police said that the investigation is continuing but that many people have been arrested.
Football player Kirshnik Khari, better known as Takeoff, was killed on November 1 outside a Houston stadium at the age of 28.

Authorities say Takeoff and fellow Migos member Quavo, 31, were at a private party at 810 Billiards & Bowling when the gunfire erupted near the door after the private party ended, police said.
Police say there is no evidence to suggest the departure had anything to do with the fight that led to the shooting
Kumuna died from “gunshot wounds to the head and pelvis,” according to the Harris County Medical Examiner’s report.
Police said there was no evidence that Takeoff had anything to do with the fight that led to the shooting and that he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The departure was announced last month, with a funeral service held at Atlanta’s State Farm Center, as previously reported. The Shade Room.
