Cheryl Burke will make the final journey to The price of DWTS ballroom in season 31 end on November 21. The Dancing With The Stars Pro revealed in an emotional Instagram post that he will be leaving the show as a pro after 26 seasons.

“I’ve been sitting here full of conflicting thoughts about what I’m about to write…” Cheryl began to announce. “Tomorrow night will be my last dance as a dancer on @dancingwiththestars. This was one of the hardest decisions of my life and I’m confident it’s the right one.”
He continued, “This show has been my second family since I was 21 years old. The cast, crew & fans have seen me through my highs & lows, & I honestly don’t know who I would be today without them. I also know it’s time to start the next phase of my career mine, though dance will always be a part of me. I’m excited about the idea of evolving, being challenged in new ways, having the ability to expand my commitment to mental health promotion, focus on my newfound love of podcasting, & I’m ready to deal with uncertainty (even it’s scary as sh**) about what’s going to happen in the future – I’ve got a few things up my sleeve, so don’t worry.”

Cheryl revealed that she will have a farewell dance at the end of season 31 that “will be dedicated to all of YOU who have supported me, loved me even though you didn’t know me, and who have been a big part of my life. , my growth, and my story. I honestly don’t know how I will get through this without tears but despite the pain and emotional impact, I’m happy to have the opportunity to dance with two of my favorite professional dancers, @pashapashkov & @louisvanamstel.”
The star ended his announcement by writing that “there are not enough words to express my gratitude and all my love. The price of DWTS family I’ll end with this: thank you for being my rock & foundation for nearly two decades in difficult times & most of all, thank you for giving ballroom dancing the respect & attention it deserves. “

Cheryl was joined by a weatherman Sam Champion in his last race as a The price of DWTS pro. They were eliminated in the fourth week of the competition. In the course of his season 26-over Dancing with the Stars, Cheryl has won the trophy twice in consecutive seasons Drew Lachey and Emmitt Smith.
Cheryl is not the only member Dancing With The Stars family farewell to the ballroom after season 31. Long-time judge Len Goodman announced in the semi-finals that he would be leaving the show at the end of the season.
