Amy Jones scored 70 before Lauren Bell took four wickets as England Women posted a 142-run second ODI win on their tour of the West Indies for a three-match win.

Jones hit four fours as England cruised to a total of 260 at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua, with Sophia Dunkley also on 57.

Skipper Heather Knight and opener Emma Lamb each scored 25, with fellow England opener Tammy Beaumont contributing 21.

After bowling out West Indies for 165 in 40.3 overs in the first ODI, England then bowled them out for 118 in just 31.3 overs this time: Bell took four wickets, Kate Cross two, Sophie Ecclestone two and Charlie Dean two.

A second big win – surprisingly by 142 runs – gave head coach Jon Lewis another game to enjoy and win the series, with the former England and Gloucestershire player replacing Lisa Keightley.

England will attempt to sweep the third ODI series in Antigua on Friday, before taking on the West Indies in a five-match T20 series.
