Foot Locker (NYSE: FL) on Tuesday said chief financial officer Andrew Page would leave the company after fourth-quarter results, and the shoe retailer announced the appointment of several new executives.
Elliott Rodgers joined the New York firm as chief operating officer, while Frank Bracken has been appointed chief commercial officer, effective December 1, 2022.
Rodgers, who has more than 20 years of experience, has worked at Ulta Beauty, Target, Caesars Entertainment and Citigroup. He currently works for Levi Strauss & Co.
“Separating our retail operations from our online operations and IT operations will make Foot Locker better positioned to support growth and improve operations as we invest in unleashing the power of our flagship brands by simplifying our operations and expanding our overall capabilities, integrity, and digital capabilities.” . . ,” said President and Chief Executive Officer Mary N. Dillon.
Foot Locker says it has begun the search for a new CFO.
