The full length trailer of Govinda Naam Mera, the highly anticipated comedy starring Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar is out. The Shashank Khaitan directorial backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions revolves around dance, love and murder.
The trailer of Govinda Naam Mera opens with Govinda, (Vicky Kaushal) a struggling choreographer, waking up from a dream about his girlfriend Suku (Kiara Advani) as his wife Gauri (Bhumi Pednekar) drags him out of bed. We then see the two arguing before Gauri introduces her boyfriend. We also see Govinda and Suku dancing and falling in love until things take an unexpected turn – a dead body is found and Govinda is in danger.

The trailer is an interesting mix of comedy, dance and, the chemistry between the lead stars. The most important thing, however, has to be interesting things that have an unsolved murder mystery.
The synopsis of the movie reads – Court case, Gauri ke saath toxic marriage and Suku ke pyaar ke beech phassa Govinda Waghmare laa raha hai apni kahaani! Murder, some mystery, lots of fun and masala are guaranteed.
Govinda Naam Mera marks Vicky Kaushal’s second collaboration with Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar after Lust Stories and Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship respectively.
Govinda Naam Mera is slated to hit OTT on December 16.
