German police say they have foiled a coup attempt.
German authorities have arrested 25 people after raids in 130 locations across the country as part of a long-running investigation.
Police said those arrested were leaders, including a 71-year-old prince, a retired army general, a judge and a former right-wing parliamentarian.
The opposition believes that the group is planning to attack the parliament.
Europe in recent years has seen far-right political success – especially in Italy, where they lead a coalition government led by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
So what is behind the political gains in Europe? And will this success last?
