Prince William,40 is Kate Middleton, 40, visited America for the first time in eight years when he arrived in Boston, MA on Nov. 30 to attend the Earthshot Prize Awards and other events. The Prince and Princess of Wales appeared at the MGM Music Hall to celebrate Earthshot with other celebrities on Dec. 2, and they look amazing. Kate glowed in an emerald green off-the-shoulder dress by Solace London, which she borrowed from HURR. The dress matched her emerald choker necklace that she had previously worn with the deceased Princess Diana (see Diana’s look HERE).

The 40-year-old wore her brunette tresses down in classic Hollywood waves and accessorized with emerald drop earrings to match her choker. Kate completed her look with glittery gold pumps and a stunning smoky eye look. As for William, he looked dashing in a navy blue velvet tux with a black tie and a silver watch.
In addition to William and Kate, other famous faces who participated in the event, which honors professionals who are helping to improve the world, were also included. Billie Eilish, Annie Lennox, Ellie Goulding and Chloe x Hallewho all did. Rami Maleki, Catherine O’Hara and Shailene Woodley they were also there to present the awards. As she did last year, Kate presented one award, and William gave the final speech.

In addition to attending the Earthshot Prize Awards, William and Kate are scheduled to attend various events in Boston. He was first received at Boston City Hall, where the Mayor Michelle Wu and Ambassador Caroline Kennedy helped start the counting of the prize, on Wednesday. On Thursday, he went to see the work that Boston-based organizations are doing to create a sustainable world and learned about some of the technology being used at Greentown Labs in Somerville. He also heard about Roca, a non-profit organization that has worked for 35 years to create a collaborative approach to save and help change the lives of young people at high risk.
On the same day as the Earthshot event, Kate also made a personal visit to the Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University. While there, he learned the best ways to give back to his Royal Foundation and the Center for Early Childhood while continuing his pioneering work. Finally, the royal family visited John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. It was President John F. Kennedy’s Moonshot mission, which helped America put a man on the moon, that was the inspiration behind the Earthshot Award.
