PACCAR (NASDAQ: PCR) announced that 50% of the company’s financial sector share. Shareholders will receive one additional share for every two shares they own.
The new shares will be issued on February 7 to those who have a history at the end of work on January 17, 2023.
“PACCAR has delivered excellent shareholder returns as it focuses on profitable growth across its business segments including premium vehicles, market segments and financial services,” said PACCAR executive chairman Mark Pigott.
The board also announced PACCAR’s (PCR) quarterly fixed income dividend of $0.25 per newly distributed share, payable on March 8, 2023 to shareholders at the close of business on February 14, 2023.
Shares of PCAR are up 0.55% in sales at noon on Tuesday.
