Rip Rejects Questions About Wolves
Today, Beth wakes up early in the morning to go to Salt Lake City to build the “wrong”. On his way out, he saw John on the balcony. He is upstairs meditating and thinking about Evelyn. He tells Beth that he wishes Evelyn had lived long enough for Beth to know that he loved her so much. Beth doesn’t think that’s what John thinks. “You can love a memory all you want, but it can’t love you back,” Beth tells her father.
He encourages his father to find someone to love him while he can. Evelyn’s memory is not going anywhere. As Beth got into her car, she lost control for a moment. She tears up a little at the thought of her mother, whom Beth often sees in grief.
It’s Lloyd’s birthday and the apartment is ready to celebrate later. Before leaving, Rip finds Carter feeding the calf he found a few days ago. Rip tells Carter to get on. He is riding today. Rip will make a cowboy out of Carter no matter what.
Two men from the US Fish & Wildlife Service arrive at the home asking about fox collars. Rip lies to the officers and turns away. The men find the collar but not the wolves, and they force Rip to join them as they search.
Kayce & Monica Make Plans to Bury Their Son
Kayce and Monica are trying to plan their son’s funeral with Rainwater and Mo. Rainwater emphasizes that the funeral is “to send the child in the right direction.” Mo says the ceremony should be held tomorrow, the fourth day after death. The time of sorrow will come in due time.

After Monica goes to cook breakfast, Kayce questions Rainwater and Mo. He revealed that his vision told him he had to make a choice, so he is choosing his family. “It’s my way,” says Kayce. He is the Commissioner of Livestock. The favor he needs is another job. Mo suggests that Jamie may appoint Kayce as the district attorney. Rainwater says the right opportunity for Kayce is in a new direction.
While this conversation is still going on, Monica is screaming and crying in the kitchen. He takes a knife and cuts a small part of her hair. Mo stopped Kayce from running into Monica. He emphasizes that Monica should cry alone.
Currently, Jamie is supported by Market Equities lawyers. Sarah and Ellis are in his office waiting for him to arrive. Jamie is actually laughing at the trial. Sarah didn’t say anything. He just watches Jamie do his thing. When Ellis leaves the room, that’s when Sarah speaks. “You’re better than I expected,” he tells Jamie. He calls her, too. He knows full well that Jamie knows that this is all wrong. She puts her claws in asking him for food.
Kayce asks John about placing his son with Monica on the farm. Kayce says Monica wants a traditional ceremony. John tells Kayce that he will give Monica anything she wants. Kayce also said that she has stopped exercising. They choose Monica and Tate. This is not right for John. “They want me too. They all do,” says Kayce. John can’t argue with Kayce about this, so he tells Kayce to choose a place to bury little John.

On their way to the casino, Rainwater and Mo find a politician protesting outside. Angela is at the bar waiting for them. He threatens Rainwater and promises to “get rid of him.”

He reveals his master plan. Rob is willing to work for her but wants her to give him a day to think it over. Beth emphasizes that this is a one-day only offering.
“You can trust me on this, and you know it,” says Beth. Rob signs on the dotted line. Rob jokes that Market Equities might send a follower over this. “After this, the hitman will come after them,” says Beth. After winning, Beth returns to the farm with a smile on her face. He is ready to celebrate. Carter brings a birthday party to the bunkhouse, and it’s just Beth’s thing.
Caroline finds out about Beth’s latest chess move. Ellis tells Caroline that the organization has asked him to return to New York. The capital also wants to drop the suit. Caroline knows she has failed, but urges Ellis to find a way to destroy the Duttons from Beth. When Ellis asks if Sarah should stand down, Caroline replies, “There are no orders for Sarah. Let her go.”
Beth heads to the bedroom with Rip and Carter. The museum is fun playing cards, but Beth wants more fun. They offer a bar tour in Bozeman. Colby says it’s a bad decision every time he goes to a bar in town. Rip tells Beth “no” about going to the bar. He doesn’t listen to her. Beth promises Rip that she will make him happy.
Beth Arrested After Bar Fight
At the bar, Ryan sees Abby playing. He can’t take his eyes off her. Beth buys all the shots and drinks for the house. Rip asks Beth not to “go crazy” at the bar. Later, a woman approaches Rip and tries to flirt with him. Rip rejects what Beth is looking down on. Rip knows that chaos is about to happen.

They are trying to get everyone to leave when Beth smashes a beer bottle over the girl’s head and hits her. A brutal war begins. The police are called to the bar, and everyone is escorted out. Beth can’t resist hitting the girl again. Beth was arrested and placed in handcuffs.
The sheriff appears. Rip tries to shut it all down by saying that the shooter had Beth in his mouth. The sheriff tells Rip that he and the rest of the museum can go, but Beth isn’t getting out of her “self-made trouble.” Rip warns the sheriff that this is his problem now. Beth is read her rights, and the girl says she’s forcing it.
Rip knows he’s in trouble. He tried to tell Beth that this was not a good idea. Beth won big and probably ruined it. Beth Dutton, you’re in danger, girl.
