The excellent box office collections and audience response to Pathaan have made it the biggest hit that Hindi cinema has ever seen. The film which released on January 25 met with a lot of controversies, however, the success of the film is not impossible. Apart from the star cast, the music of the film has also shown a lot of audience. Singer Shilpa Rao who has given the lyrics for the song expressed how the film has done well because of the sizzling chemistry you see between Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan.
As quoted by a leading entertainment website, “There is one, she (Deepika is) celebrating herself. It’s great to see their (Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika) chemistry on screen. They look so cute in the music video… Siddharth Anand (Director of Pathaan) told me that this is a song that celebrates itself [in all her glory] – the good, the bad, and the wrong. And that’s why I felt empowered to sing this song,”
Deepika never looked too hot and lifted the song with her sizzling presence on screen. Besharam Rang continues to be a top pick on everyone’s list.
